Meet Lisa, Chief Architect at ING Belgium
Lisa McShine has a background in applied mathematics and over two decades of experience working with technology systems. She is Chief Architect at ING Belgium, where she and her team help the business realise its strategic goals through the right technology choices.
Lisa lived and worked in several countries, including the U.S., France, the Netherlands, before taking up her role in Belgium. Before joining the banking world, Lisa worked in consulting, and as an architect in major supply chain software companies.
She also supports efforts to make the tech world more inclusive, especially for women starting out in STEM fields. In her free time, she enjoys puzzles, co-operative games, and a lot of sci-fi.
You can join Lisa for an AMA session where she’ll answer questions about her career, what it’s like working in tech, and what she’s learned along the way.
