Na vier jaar pionieren in de wereld van vrouwen in tech lanceert Clusity een vernieuwd platform. Geen oppervlakkige facelift, maar het resultaat van een jaar vol observatie, scherpe data-analyse en vooral: luisteren naar wat vrouwen en de Belgische tech-sector écht nodig hebben. Oprichters Elke Kraemer en Rein Meirte zijn duidelijk: “Vrouwen zoeken geen inspirerende quotes, ze zoeken verandering. En daar bouwen wij nu structureel op verder.”

Wist je dat de return on investment in producten en services voor vrouwen tot wel 70% hoger ligt dan die voor een homogeen publiek? En toch gaat slechts 1% van de R&D-budgetten naar projecten die specifiek op vrouwen gericht zijn. Dat is slechts één van de vele inzichten die gedeeld werden tijdens FemTech Futures op 10 juni, in samenwerking met Kristel Vanderlinden, De Cronos Groep en Technopolis.

On 18/3/25, at She Loves to Code – Special Edition Women's History Month, we co-hosted an inspiring panel and gathered an amazing group of women tech entrepreneurs to share their journeys, challenges, and insights.

On November 19th, the iconic Wintercircus in Ghent was coloured blue for the event ‘Visions of the Future’, a celebration of innovation, technology, and aspiration. Organized in collab with KBC (aka ‘team blue’), this inspiring event brought together students, professionals, and tech enthusiasts for a deep dive visionary tech ideas.

We hosted a second edition of our ‘Between the Clouds’ event! :D After the succes of ‘Between The Clouds’ in 2023, we're dove back into the world of cloud computing on October 22nd, this time in the heart of Brussels!

On the 8th of October 2024 we had an event co-hosted by Colruyt Group in Halle. The evening was filled with keynotes by Anne Everars, Diane Umunyurwa and Hanne Hoskens. Op 16 november 2023 ontdekten we waarom de Supply Chain wereld een perfecte match kan zijn voor vrouwen met een passie voor tech. Tijdens dit unieke event in het mooie gebouw van OMP, kwam de spetterende synergie tussen technologie en de wereld van Supply Chain aan het licht. Bloovi interviewde onze founder Elke & Rein voor de launch van het nieuwe Clusity Platform. ‘Dit ondernemersduo lanceert het eerste communityplatform voor vrouwen in tech: “Wij hacken de similarity bias en het verborgen arbeidsmarktfenomeen door vrouwen zelf met elkaar te laten verbinden en opportuniteiten te scheppen.”’

Two years ago, we dreamt of creating an inspiring network of women in tech! Yesterday evening, we took that to the next level. Over 2000 women have joined the community, connecting on events, workshops and online! Now we’re launching a new way to connect, through the brand new Clusity Platform together with our 6 ambassadors. The launch party on 26/10 was the start of this new chapter.
