Despite increased awareness of neurodiversity, many misconceptions persist, especially in the workplace. Neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, often face misunderstandings that can lead to unfair judgments or barriers to success.

On a cloudy evening in Antwerp on October 23rd 2025, we hosted the third edition of ‘Between the Clouds’ the focus of this year was on ‘Hosting AI models in the cloud’. With the Support of KBC and ML6, we welcomed over 50 women in tech & supporters to learn about the latest and greatest in AWs, Azure, RAG & Guardrails, and more!

Clusity and BrightWolves brought together women in tech for an evening of reflection and inspiration on navigating today’s rapidly changing landscape. With AI reshaping opportunities, consulting on the rise, and careers feeling harder than ever to steer, our speakers shared their perspectives on the power of the generalist.

After four years of pioneering in the world of women in tech, Clusity is launching a renewed platform. No superficial facelift, but the result of a year full of observation, sharp data analysis and above all: listening to what women and the Belgian tech sector really need. Founders Elke Kraemer and Rein Meirte are clear: "Women are not looking for inspiring quotes, they are looking for change. And we are now structurally building on that."

Did you know that the return on investment in products and services for women is up to 70% higher than that for a homogeneous audience? And yet only 1% of R&D budgets go to projects specifically targeting women. That's just one of the many insights shared at FemTech Futures on June 10, in collaboration with Kristel Vanderlinden, The Cronos Group and Technopolis.

On 18/3/25, at She Loves to Code – Special Edition Women's History Month, we co-hosted an inspiring panel and gathered an amazing group of women tech entrepreneurs to share their journeys, challenges, and insights.

On November 19th, the iconic Wintercircus in Ghent was coloured blue for the event ‘Visions of the Future’, a celebration of innovation, technology, and aspiration. Organized in collab with KBC (aka ‘team blue’), this inspiring event brought together students, professionals, and tech enthusiasts for a deep dive visionary tech ideas.

We hosted a second edition of our ‘Between the Clouds’ event! :D After the succes of ‘Between The Clouds’ in 2023, we're dove back into the world of cloud computing on October 22nd, this time in the heart of Brussels!

On the 8th of October 2024 we had an event co-hosted by Colruyt Group in Halle. The evening was filled with keynotes by Anne Everars, Diane Umunyurwa and Hanne Hoskens.
