Recap: Decoding Tech 2026
On April 29, we proudly hosted a new edition of our “Decoding Tech” event, in collaboration with KdG University, to celebrate the Intl. Girls in ICT Day
Bringing together professionals, university and high school students, the event created an inspiring space for connection, exploration, and empowerment within the tech ecosystem. With over 70+ participants, we shared the same ambition “making the tech industry more inclusive and accessible for everyone.”
The afternoon featured an engaging Tech Fair, where participants explored interactive activities, discovered career paths in tech, and connected directly with companies and professionals in the field. It was an opportunity not only to learn, but to experience tech in a hands-on and approachable way.
Speaker Highlights
The evening program continued with a series of inspiring keynotes, where speakers shared their personal journeys, challenges, and insights across different domains in technology.
Kristel Seymus set the tone for the evening with a powerful keynote on “The Advantage of a Tough Start,” sharing honest reflections on why entering the job market can feel especially challenging today, and how difficult beginnings often shape stronger, more resilient careers.
