We also help tech companies connect with female tech talent, and embrace their journey towards a more inclusive work culture. Our goal is to create a place in tech where everyone can feel at home, in the sector of the future. ↓

Connecting with each other is where the most beautiful things happen. For us, connection means the feeling of belonging, being together and not having to do everything alone.

How it started…

Clusity was founded by Elke Kraemer and Rein Meirte in 2021, out of their shared passion for technology and inclusiveness, and the amazing opportunities this combination offers for the future. With more than 20 years of experience in the tech world, Elke saw the lack of diversity and what impact it has on people, products and society. Rein's journey as an innovation expert and her discovery of how technology shapes lives motivated her to work for meaningful change.

Driven by a desire to make a real difference, we are on a mission to bring together women who embrace the power of technology and those who are looking to connect in a community. What once began with simple workshops for women in tech grew into a vibrant network of more than 4,000 women with a shared passion.
