Mentorship
Some questions are easier to answer with someone who has been there. Our mentorship program pairs you with a mentor who fits your trajectory, whether you are a leader wondering what comes next, an expert with ambition, or a starter finding your way through a first job in tech.
The program runs together with Jocelyn Darbroudi: coach, mentor, ex-CIO and founder.
Register via the form on the platform, as mentor or mentee.
Mentees record a short video introduction. It helps us find the mentor who really fits you. You get matched within a few weeks.
You set the pace together. The program lasts as long as your goals need, no fixed end date.
Twice a year, all mentors and mentees come together to exchange experiences at the mentorship meet-up.

6-month cohort · Limited spots
Public speaking program
From idea to keynote in six months. Together with public speaking coach Karina Quinones, you shape your own story into a talk that is genuinely yours, and you close the program by performing it for a real audience.
We run two cohorts per year and keep them deliberately small, so every participant gets real coaching time. That is also why spots are limited.
Next cohort starts in September. Registrations open in August. Members get first access via the platform.

Job search course
The Belgian tech job market has its own logic. This course answers the questions we hear most from members, in one self-paced course of about three hours.

Ambassadorship
Some members want to do more than attend, and we love that. As a Clusity ambassador you help expand the message and the community in a way that fits you.
Host an event. Start a small initiative. Write about women in tech. Make some noise online. You bring the idea, we help make it happen.

What counts as an idea?
Anything that grows the community or the conversation. Past ambassadors have hosted meet-ups, written posts and articles, and started initiatives of their own. There is no minimum size.
