They are the founder of Recruitment Architects, a mentor for young entrepreneurs at The Whitebox, a driver of LGBTQIA+ initiatives at Jobs For Humanity, and currently building match.career: a job platform that goes beyond vacancies and résumés, and starts from people's drivers & turnoffs instead.
