As a philosopher, autistic entrepreneur, and master certified coach with 10+ years of business and career coaching experience, she has dedicated her life to helping people with creative brains get unstuck and build a life of freedom, authenticity, and success.
Hanane Khiel, Consultant at BrightWolves
Keynote: Building a fulfilling career as a consultant
Hanane combines a strong academic background by holding a Master’s in IT and a degree in Biomedical Sciences with hands-on experience in the healthcare and tech sectors.
She began her career as a Data Scientist and AI Engineer before spending some years at an eHealth-focused VC and incubator, where she supported early-stage startups.
Today, Hanane works as a consultant, driving digital transformation in healthcare at BrightWolves. Her work spans leading complex projects, improving hospital operations, and bringing large-scale digital applications into production. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, she thrives in dynamic environments where technology meets real-world impact.
