With this event, we explored how to build a career in tech in a time of rapid change. Together with BrightWolves, we brought together mid-career women in tech for an evening of reflection, honest stories, and future-focused inspiration.

Generalists have an edge in the AI era. Creativity, adaptability and cross-domain thinking are becoming strategic career advantages.
AI will reshape the job market. New roles and opportunities will emerge, but inclusivity must remain central in building future talent strategies.
Career stagnation can be overcome. Real stories showed how women have navigated transitions into consulting, corporate leadership and sustainability-driven roles.
Authenticity is key. From personal strengths to career pivots, success comes from aligning work with values and energy.
